If your membership status is changing and you do not plan to remain a member for the 2025-26 Dance Year, please fill out this form before May 3 to prevent your membership renewing on May 5, 2025.

By completing this form, you will waive the Basic membership renewal rate of $50 for your first student and $12 for each additional student. (This is a savings of over $40.) You will also waive your access to Priority Enrollment for the 2025-26 Dance Year.

If you decide to enroll for the 2025-26 Dance Year after May 31 , your membership will be at the NEW Basic membership rate.
