Description:
This is an 8-week specialty program designed to develop deeper strength, control, and stability using Chair-Based Technique. Dancers will combine conditioning, flexibility, and rotation work with the added challenge of chair support and ankle-weight resistance. This class focuses heavily on balance, alignment, and building strength through the entire kinetic chain to elevate lines, extensions, and overall technique.
