We are so sad to see you go but we understand sometimes plans change! We hope you will choose us should you plan to dance again. Withdrawal forms should be received before the 15th of the month to prevent tuition from being drafted for the next month. Any previously collected tuition or fees, including costume fee(s) and the performance fee are non-refundable. If a dancer withdraws prior to the distribution of costumes he / she forfeits their costume and related fee(s). Dancers who withdraw and choose to re-enroll will be charged the membership fee.
