BOSS Class Change Form 2025-26

Welcome! If you've made your way to this form, you are looking to ADD OR DROP a class/classes for this upcoming season. Please complete the form below and we will adjust your class selections for Fall 2025-2026 Season.

REMINDER: Students must be enrolled in a TECHNIQUE (Ballet/Tap, Ballet/Jazz, Ballet, Jazz) or TUMBLE class to enroll in HIP HOP (all levels), MUSICAL THEATRE MINIS, CONTEMPORARY, and PERFORMANCE COMPANY due to co-enrollment requirements.

FORM DEADLINE: Sunday, June 1, 2025

Registration membership fees ($30/student or $50/family) and 1st month's tuition will be automatically charged on June 2, 2025.
