Studio Rental Policies and Agreement

You will need to read and agree to the Policies in our Studio Rental Agreement HERE

Specifically please adhere to the following:

  • An adult must be on site at all times during rental.

  • We require a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancelations or you will be charged in full.

  • You may only access the building and/or studio space that you have been assigned.

  • Water bottles are allowed, however, no other outside food or drinks are allowed in studios or lobbies. 

  • Oftentimes we are fully booked and your time may back up to another renter or staff member.  Please be mindful of your designated rental time slot.  If you need to adjust your time, please reach out to the rental coordinator to check for availability.  All doors are monitored and some studios have alarms that automatically set at a certain time so you must only use the space as agreed upon in advance.

  • When you leave, please turn air up to 80 degrees if it is warm outside or down to 68 degrees if it is cold outside. Also, please make sure all lights are turned off.

Rental Pricing

Current Member Pricing - $20/hour

Non Members - Prices range between $50-$65/hour. See the Studio Rental Agreement (linked above) for specifics.
