Instructor Training Courses - for those interested in certifying as a Balanced Body Pilates Instructor

Mat Instructor Training - Movement Principles, Mat 1, 2 & 3 (see dates above) - $3,500 incl GST + $195 Test Out fee (see cost breakdown below) - Pre requisites are basic anatomy (12 hour course of your choice - Not Included) & 20 Mat classes

Reformer Instructor Training - Movement Principles, Reformer 1, 2 & 3 (see dates above) - $3,500 incl GST + $195 Test Out fee (see cost breakdown below) - Pre requisites are basic anatomy (12 hour course of your choice - Not Included) & 20 Reformer sessions

Comprehensive Instructor Training - Movement Principles, Mat 1,2 & 3, Reformer 1,2 & 3, Trapeze Table, Chair & Barrels 1, 2 & 3 (see dates above) - $7,900 incl GST + $260 Test Out Fee (see cost breakdown below) - Pre requisites are basic anatomy (12 hour course of your choice - Not Included) & 20 Studio sessions

Individual Courses - Continued Education for Pilates Instructors wishing to add the apparatus to their repertoire.

Trapeze Table / Cadillac / Tower - 18 hours (see dates above) - $900 incl GST

Pilates Chairs - 14 hours (see dates above) - $750 incl GST

Barrels - (see dates above) - $380 incl GST

Mat, Reformer & Comprehensive Instructor Training Course fees INCLUDE

*1 x manual per module

OTHER COSTS

*Test Out fee ($195 Mat & Reformer test each OR $260 Comprehensive test)

*Course required Personal Pilates Sessions - Mat (20 hrs), Reformer (30 hrs), Comprehensive (20 hrs Mat + 65 hrs Reformer & Studio)

For each course, 5 hrs (Mat & Reformer) & 10 hrs (Comprehensive) of the required Personal Pilates Sessions must be completed at Stomping Ground Studios at a 10% discount on packs.

All other Personal practice hours may be completed at SGS or a studio of your choice.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Observation Hours - Mat (15 hrs), Reformer (30 hrs), Comprehensive (65 hrs) - 5 hrs to be completed at Stomping Ground Studios, all other observation hours may be completed at SGS or a studio of your choice.

Student Teaching Hours - Mat (35 hrs), Reformer (90 hrs), Comprehensive (220 hrs) - 5 hrs to be completed at Stomping Ground Studios, all other observation hours may be completed at SGS or a studio of your choice.
