Expressions is honored to bring Play It Safe self-defense courses to our community - Dance Families & their friends are welcome to join in this opportunity!

Tracie Arlington is a black belt and nationally certified Women’s Self-Defense Institute instructor with decades of experience to share with our students & parents! 

Choose from two classes, based on age & the content within the curriculum: 

• Teens & Adults - ages 13+ - "Girls on Guard"

  • August 10, 12:30 - 2:30pm

• Children - in 1st - 6th grade - "Go Chihuahua Crazy"

  • August 31, 1:00-3:00pm

Investment: $45 per student
